| All bracelets and earrings come to you carefully packaged in a coordinating satin-lined sallydove jewellery box (which are made from recycled card by the way!). The brooches come tissue wrapped. All items come with a sallydove card. Please let me know if you would like a special gift message or giftwrapping of your item.
Payment
Payment is by Paypal. You do not need to already have a paypal account so please follow the prompts at the checkout, and postage costs will be added to your order as appropriate.
Delivery times
I aim to send orders out within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment. Under special circumstances such as illness or busy times it may take longer but I will do my best to prevent this.

Sent International Signed For (Airmail) This takes 3-5 days from postage date.
All orders will require a signature on receipt.

Returns policy
If you are not happy with your item, for whatever reason, please return it within 7 days in an unworn state and I will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase (minus the postage). Please note that due to health&safety considerations I am unable to exchange earrings unless faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches me, so please obtain proof of posting and package appropriately.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please get in touch for an exchange or refund (minus the postage). The bracelets come with their own care instructions that need to be followed (particularly with delicate vintage items) and if there is any breach of these guidelines the item will be void of a refund or exchange. The sizes of the items are displayed clearly in the product descriptions so please do check before purchase that the size is suitable for your needs.
